International Orders - New Game

Hi Grownups,

Just a quick update, Today is 8 weeks after the last international packages have been sent, if you're international and haven't received your package, send me a message on Kickstarter  (Click on Jason Anarchy at the top of the page, then click the blue "Contact Me" button)

Also, just want to throw in one more quick mention for the next Drinking Quest game currently on Kickstarter.

If you ordered Journey into Draught with your Pretending to Grownup campaign and liked it, you'll love the new Liquor Before Honor.

New Game + International Resend Deadline

Hi Grownups!

Just wanted to say thanks for backing Pretending to Grownup and that I have a new Kickstarter active for the next Drinking Quest game: LIQUOR BEFORE HONOR

Click HERE to check it out. It's like a simple Dungeons & Dragons but when your hero dies, you have to chug your drink in real life to come back next round!

Also the INTERNATIONAL RESEND DEADLINE for Pretending to Grownup is September 26th. At that point, 8 weeks have passed since they've been shipped and if you don't have your package then you can message me about a resend. I do want to make sure everyone gets their package and with sending out over 6000 packages, a few are bound to get lost in the mail.

Package Followup

Hi grownups!

I hope by now most of you have your game and have had a chance to play it or at least have an unboxing!

Resend Cutoff Dates

At this point, everyone in the US and Canada should have their packages. If you are in those two countries and DON'T have your package, please message me here on Kickstarter. (Go to the top right hand side of the page, "View Pledge" and then "Message"). It might be a good idea to first check Backerkit to make sure you filled out your shipping survey and double check that your payment went through.

If you are international (Not Canada or USA) and you don't have your package, it is still on the way. The resend cutoff for all of international is Sept 26th but that's mostly just to allow for packages that are held up for inspections. If you're having trouble finding your tracking number, please message me!

Duty

We had a few comments mentioning paying duty in some countries and I do feel for you, nobody like paying duty. I was very up front about the fact that there may be a duty charge coming depending on your country and I did UNDERCHARGE for the shipping to help offset this. (First question answered in the FAQ)

I am looking at ways that I can have that "Customs Friendly" badge on the next Kickstarter and make that a little easier.

Looking Ahead

I have several new games I'm working on, some are casual, some are more hardcore... all of them should be ridiculous comedy games :)

There should be some new stuff to announce soon!

I had to miss Gencon for the first time in six years and it was basically just to work on these several different games and keep up to date on my Kickstarter messages.

The next show I'll be working is Toronto Fan Expo and then Edmonton Comic Con, New Zealand Armageddon, Pax Aus and Pax Unplugged this year. Hope to see some of you out in the wild!

Grownup Shipping Update!

Hello Grownups!

A majority of the packages have been received and we are working to make sure the remaining patient backers get their packages soon!

Canada: All sent, I can provide a tracking number on request if you message me. You should have those any day now if you don’t have it already. (These were handled by me personally and tracking numbers were not emailed by Golden Bell ahead of time)

International: As of today, everything is now sent and within 24 hours you should have a tracking number from the shipping manager at Golden Bell "Marc Goldner"

USA: There were some tracking numbers that weren't moving and I found it was more than a handful of accounts. I contacted Golden Bell and found there was a batch that was mixed in with International. (About a hundred and fifty) I apologize for the delay but they have now gone out today and the problem has been identified and fixed.

If you have any questions, concerns or have any trouble finding your tracking number please message me through Kickstarter. The comments section doesn't notify me or the backers about replies so messages are the most organized way to do that. (But by all means please comment after we've had some messages back and forth) Go to "View Pledge", then "Message” to contact me directly. There are about 50 packages that had to be sent with Fedex, I don't have those tracking numbers yet should have them soon.

Every US backer should have their package (at the very latest) within 14 days from today. In many cases the tracking number will show a lot of activity a day or two before being delivered.

Canada within 7 days from today.

International (at the very latest) within 8 weeks from today.

Every Kickstarter (particularly big ones) has an error rate and if there's been a problem, I do want to fix it. So please message me about those too if you haven’t received your package passed the above timelines.

Thanks again to everyone for backing and for your patience if you've been waiting! I hope you like the game and I'm excited to announce new games I'm working on once these packages have all been received!
