A casual card game for grownups who feel like they're pretending.
Latest Updates from Our Project:
NEW COMPONENT WITH EVERY GAME??? I need your input

Hi everyone,
The game is basically done and going to print very soon. However this campaign attracted many different print companies that were eager to work with me and I'm considering trying a different company that can offer a fun bonus.
I have an optional mechanic in the game that could use a UNIPEGASAURUS MEEPLE. This is basically a tiny, wooden unipegasaurus that would be included in the game and add an extra layer of gameplay.
I'm willing to absorb the cost but it might push the game back into May or June shipping instead of the planned April.
I put together this survey. I'd love to hear what you think!
I'll check back in 24 hours.
Cheers,
Jason
Unipegasaurus Site - More Guest Images - Playtest Rough Copy

Hi everyone!
Just wanted to give you an update on things. I'm spending my days putting the finishing touches on the game. The final thing to do will be the formatting with the final instructions book.
Also artist Megan McKay recently launched a dedicated series of Unipegasaurus sites. This guy is too big for just this game and will be getting regular exclusive updates! If you want more of the CUTENESS OVERLOAD, check out Unipegasaurus on Facebook, Twitter and Tumblr.
And I wanted to share some more of these funny guest images!
Nick Seluk of The Awkward Yeti does "Disagreement Between Heart and Brain"
Olivia Walch of Imogen Quest does "Professor Unipegasaurus"
Shen of Owlturd and Blue Chair Comics does "Cough Syrup Unipegasaurus"
Rachel Khan of By Crom! with "Crush Your Enemies Unipegasaurus"
And lastly I have a rough demo for backers who wouldn't mind doing a playtest game. I'll be picking 5-10 people at random to send a link. If you can do both of these things than please make a comment that you're interested.
- Can print off the cards on your home printer
- Have a game within a week and send me your thoughts, there's a cutoff point where I wouldn't be able to incorporate any changes and would need time to implement those things.
Cheers and thanks everyone!

Australia Summary + New Guest Art + Playtest Version Coming + Megan's Stream

Hi everyone!
Jason Anarchy here, I just got back from Pax Aus and had a great time seeing everyone's reaction to the game in Australia.
Also I randomly met the Penny Arcade guys in the airport!
They were super cool dudes!
I wanted to show off some new guest art too:
"Detective Unipegasaurus" from Rock, Paper, Cynic
"Outdated Pop Culture Reference" by Cheer Up Emo Kid
"Uncomfortable Commute" by Things in Squares
"Feed the Ducks" by Pie Comic
In regards to the PLAYTEST PRINT & PLAY I mentioned last update, the goal is to have it Monday. There were (very thankfully) a lot of responses last time but I'm only looking for about 10 people right now. So I might limit it and only give out copies to players would could print and play within one week.
Lastly artist Megan McKay is doing a drawing twitch live stream RIGHT NOW It's not game related stuff but it's fun to watch the art process.
Thank you Grownups!

Final Tweaking + Preparing for Print + Play Testing + Pax Aus

So the next step in the process is to finish the last rounds of play testing for Pretending to Grownup. Then finalize all of the artwork for the game including the instruction book. My guess is that will be about 5-6 weeks before I start working with my printing company.
If anyone would be interested in printing off a NON FINALIZED early draft on their home printer, comment below and I may message you in the future for some play testing help!
Also tomorrow morning I'm hopping on a flight to Australia for PAX AUS. I'll be doing a bit of play testing there too and chatting with people at the Drinking Quest booth. I'll also be doing a panel on crowd funding appropriately enough!
Once I get back from Aus, finalizing this game gets my full attention! I'll share the most frequent updates on Twitter (@DrinkingQuest) but I'll still post the broad strokes here.
Thanks everyone! I'm really excited to get this game into the world!
