Another Shipping Update!

Hi grownups!
I was just talking with the team at Golden Bell and they are 95% finished packing. They should be finished by Tuesday but that's an American holiday so the remaining packages are planned to get to USPS on Wednesday. Contained in the last batch of packages are international orders and many packages that have more complex combination of items inside. So that puts us two business days behind our estimate for the end of June but that's still pretty close.
Also, there seems to be a snag Golden Bell is working on addressing: they discovered recently that a large batch of packages that went out to USPS seems not to have moved from the warehouse... you may have a tracking number already that shows that a package isn't moving... initially they thought it was some kind of inspections slowing things down but they're going to call tomorrow to make sure and try to get them out of the warehouse. The games are somewhere and it's also in USPS's interest to get them moving too.
This is my first time not personally fulfilling a Kickstarter and I mentioned to Golden Bell that some backers may be getting anxious about their package. So they have offered up this good faith Print and Play of a colourful, quest game called VENTURE PARTY! It looks super fun and has artwork that might appeal to fans of Pretending to Grownup! tl;dr If you don't have your package yet, Golden Bell is getting the packages out to you and you should have a tracking number next week. The planned date to have all packages sent is Wednesday and then from there USPS will send a tracking number (which may take a day or two). I know you're excited to get your Pretending to Grownup games and we are all working to make sure that happens! I will update again next week to let you know how things are going!

Hi everyone! The packages are being sent out and are on track to be finished by the end of the month! Just a reminder that you'll get a USPS tracking number emailed and then can follow your package from there.
Here are some pictures form the team at Golden Bell who are shipping the orders:

Games Are Shipping! Hooray!

Games are Shipping
Some of you may have gotten an email form USPS already about the games being shipped out!
Everything should be shipping over the next 2-3 weeks! You will get an email from USPS with a tracking number before it goes out.
In the last update I mentioned the games had arrived in New York, we were told incorrectly that the games were there when they were in fact in California so we had to wait a week for them to get to the other coast.
Once there we've been printing the shipping labels to make sure everything is organized. With a large number of recipients like this, there is always an error percentage but we want to keep that as low as possible and make sure people actually get what they ordered.
Can't Process Further Changes
The last update mentioned the last chance to update your address but we actually held it out a few days longer because so many people were making changes. The labels are now printed so if you're moving and are worried about your package, my best recommendation is a mail forwarding service during the transition.
Awesome Con
Also Megan and I will be at Awesome Con in Washington DC this weekend if you're in the area and want to stop by! Also Enzo from Cheer Up Emo Kid, Olivia from Imogen Quest, Jane from Pigeon Gazette, Aaron from The Last Giant and I think Shen from Owlturd Comix will be hanging around. Find us in the artist alley!
My web comic friends are right next to me too so everyone is in one easy to find spot!

Shout-outs
I also just want to give some shout-outs. I usually just do all the post-Kickstarter work myself and this is my first time working with a team to do some of the heavy lifting and it's been nice!
Backerkit: Made organizing a really complex set of spreadsheets a bit easier even with the amount of custom orders and last minute changes.
Golden Bell: They are super dedicated, organized and are all in this for the love of gaming!
Panda Printing: First time working with these guys and they are super heavy on quality control! They were a good fit for this game.
The Backers: Haha, now I'm just sucking up. But seriously you made this a much bigger project than I had in mind initially and I can't thank you enough!

Hi Grownups!
The Kickstarter shipment of games is in a shipping depot in New York! We are just now arranging to get them to the publisher (Golden Bell) and then shipping to backers happens right after that!
Also Pretending to Grownup has gotten it's first review! You can read it here on Geek Dad.
They seemed to like it and it was awarded the GEEK DAD APPROVED badge!
